If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking and at least 15 days before the start date of your stay, the full amount you paid will be refunded unconditionally.

For requests to change reservation dates at least 15 days before the reservation date, changes can be made subject to the villa's availability and the villa owner's approval. This is at the discretion of the villa owner.
If, within 6 hours of your scheduled check-in time, you cannot reach the villa owner or the villa significantly differs from its listed images (excluding minor changes in furniture and decor), the full amount you paid will be refunded.
In such cases, Come to Villa will support you through our Sales Consultant team by offering alternative villas in the same area at discounted rates without any profit margin.
For other valid issues encountered during your stay, Come to Villa will act quickly to resolve the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved and significantly impacts your vacation, we will arrange for you to move to another available villa and provide the necessary support to address your concerns.
